Amuse Bouche

In culinary terms, amuse-bouche are the little treats you get between courses at some restaurants - a palate cleanser or taste of what's to come. It's a French term, literally translated as 'mouth-amuser'. Here, it's a way for me to group light-hearted musings, anecdotes, and observations... Bon appetit!
